TODO Management System Submission Guideline

Submission is closed, Vienna.pm already choose a winning proposal

To state your interest in developing the Management System for TODO Test Bounties, send an email to vienna2007@yapceurope.org with the subject TODO Management until 20.12.2007, 23:59 CET.

The email should describe

  • you (or your team) & your experience
  • what technology you plan to use (Frameworks, CPAN modules)
  • when you can start
  • how long you think you'll take
  • how you will deliver/distribute your result
  • which features / additonal feature you'll implement/skip

If we get more than one proposal, we will use these decision guidelines (in no particular order):

  • When will it be ready (the sooner the better)
  • How trustworthy is the submitter
  • Can we install the software on our server (Debian, plus any CPAN modules) or does the app run on a remote server (local installation is preferred)
  • Proposed feature completeness
  • Do members of Vienna.pm know the tools/framework/CPAN modules used
  • ???
